PowerShot A40's very easy to use. I had PowerShot A20 before I bought A40. I found out A20 is too limited for ISO values (ISO 150 maximum) even though A20 features the nightime status mode and time of exposure (1 second only) as I took photo using A20. A40 is too enough for the requiremnt of my dream DC: 200 mega pixel, ISO value selection (from 50 to 400), enough exposure time (from 1/20 sec to 15 sec), CF card, AA batteries(and very long-running time), Very reasonable price(even more valuable, Nimh 1600 Battery only) and some "extra" photoshop features(photo effect)etc. That's really good enough for me. I really love the AA batteries features. It's very good for me travelling anywhere...
Problems:
Card problem: that's better if it can support CF Card TypeII
Contrustion Problem:
1.The Battery cover in the camera is really hard to open and hard to close...
2.Some function button is really hard to push...
Feature problem :
1. Using joystick for choosing pictures is better
2. Can Exposure time be extended over 1 minute or longer?
3. Ignore some "extra" photoshop features because it's really useless for me, useful of lazy people (although I'm one of them,
)
4. Can the movie with sound features be extended to unlimited time (A40 is just 30secs for each movie clips)?
