I made well over 10000 shots with this camera in all kinds of settings and enviroinments. This is an excellent basic camera, which always delivers good quality pictures and movies. It performs much better in full light conditions as it has no back light option. Flash is good for 3-4m distance only but this is how it should be for this kind of device. I DO NOT agree with the opinion expressed by one of other users about windows XP problems. I run this camera's original software as well as its TWAIN module on windows 98, 98SE and XP PRO - flawlesly. I feed pictures to both original software as well as to Photoshop and PaintShop Pro with no problems at all. Perhaps one should learn more about setup and installation in Windows before blaming it on camera's software. I take pictures in highest resolution and download them as RAW format saved as TIF in the software what allows me to receive acceptable printouts of up to 8.5x11". For higher dot definition I use the printout size of up to 3.79" wide for 360DPI, and 1.89" for 720 DPI (razor sharp images). Superb is the sequence option allowing for 0.2 sec spacing. This miniature (!) stealth (!) camera proved many times to be an excellent addition to my large SLR cameras.
Problems:
Not real problems. High Power consumption is still a common issue for this kind of cameras so even NIMH batteries do not last very long. I equipped myself with optional AC adapter for indoor or studio use, and extra 4 NiMH batteries precharged, and 2 extra 16 Mb memory cards (this camera's limit) , and this way I am always ready for any size of photo session required... all in super compact edition.
