Great camera, in my opinion its the best image quality you can buy in a point and shoot style digital. I have the new updated black version and I'm very pleased with it. So easy to operate, very friendly menus. I really like the swivel lcd and its many other great features(to many to list). Even for being on the market for almost a year now its still the camera everyone trys to compare to. I highly reccomend the G2 to anyone who wants the best its still the benchmark!
Problems:
Slooow focus, if your looking for a camera to shoot fast moving subjects this isn't the camera for you! The camera is a little on the bulky side for traveling and hiking. I wish it had a little more zoom for a camera in this price range, its not cheap especialy in black!
