Sony Cyber-shot DSC-P50 review

This was my first digital camera that I purchased with a an LCD screen. I've had it for almost a year now, and I'm still VERY pleased with it. Yes, the batteries that came with it, and any other AA's used in the camera will drain within 8-15 minutes (depending if LCD, Flash, etc. is used). I got an infoLITHIUM battery pack from Sony, (with charger), and that usualy lasts 75-90 minutes with LCD, Flash etc. on. Well worth the Money!

Indoor use in darker environments can be a little tricky at times, switching to 'indoor' and a med-high flash setting, OR switching to 'night' mode usualy helps out this problem. When using the Digital zoom (6x), the picture do get a little 'grainy'. I would also strongly suggest purchasing a larger memory stick. The one that comes with it, (4 mb), can only hold 4 pictures (if used in 1600 x 1200).
