I've now owned my 880 for 2 years. At the time, 3.2 was about as high as you could go megapixels wise. It was a vast improvement over the Kodak 240 I was using at work. Image quality was better than my Agfa 1280. (Agfa 1280 was a fantastic 2mp digital camera though, beating out the image quality of most higher megapixel cameras that came after it).

I take my 880 everywhere, I use my belt camera bag as my wallet. I have had no problems with the camera, only have a few comments.

It is lightweight, small, good pics except in low light like a concert. Then I used a tripod and no flash. I get the most life from 2CR5 Energizer® e²® Photo Lithium batteries. Not Duracell, or other brand of 2CR5's. I get pretty good life out of a rechargable 2CR5.

No noise in pictures, I usually use hi res setting and mid size setting unless I know I'll be either just emailing or be printing large.

I find the menu's easy to use. (though I am an experienced user). I'd say if you're looking for a good used 3MP plus camera, you're safe with this one.
