Quite happy so far with this first camera I own (used Oly 2500 for my work - nice true SLR but too much jpeg artefacts). Great for family pictures. Picture quality is good to excellent, with the usual problems with difficult images (eg tree branches against a bright sky).
Together with a 256 Mb Cf @ euro 66 & 4 1800 mA NiMH's @ euro 12 it is a bargain!
Problems:
Poorest point is the quality of the lcd: viewing angle is quite limited. I am surprised almost no one mentions this, given that it is not a swivel camera.
The included charger is nice and small, but comes with an unnecessary long power cord (about the size of the cam..) - just being picky.
Red eye is present - but I have NEVER seen a compact (digi or film) without it - let's face it, it is just not possible to eliminate this completely. And digital correction it not difficult so I do not mind.
