I've used it for about 2~3 weeks now and I think this is a VERY good camera.
First of all, just to let you guys know that all the prices are in New Zealand Dollars.
When I bought, it was 100 dollars off the retail price. (don't know why) anyway now it's about 900 dollars which I think it's too expensive. but if it was, and it was when i bought it, 800 dollars is great for this little camera.

it has a great photo quality for it's size.
i bought 256mb SD card and i can take about 150 shots in top quality and at 2048x1536 in good quality, which i use, about 270 shots.

it's a great little thing and i like it very much.
i was thinking about buying ixus 400 but the price was so high for snap and than i saw this little thing and i loved it.

of course there is casio exlim and optio s with smaller size and simillar specs. but i just love the look of ixus series.

i think it's great camera when u want a NICE snap digital camera, but thinking ixus 400 is too pricy.

Problems:

-zoom is only 2x but you'll get used to it. in my case, i only have 50mm lense on my SLR camera so 2x zoom is more than enough for me right now. and u don't use zoom a lot when u actually take shots =p

-noise at high iso mode. but it's all the same with other cameras too.. so no problem.

-it's a very BAD for BIG BEAR HAND people. if you think you got a big hand, go for bigger camera and give up buying snap camera.
