Had this for a few days now, the more I play with it, the more exciting features i discover.
DP review talked about 'dead time' at CF write. Yes, it's a bit slow, but you can still take pictures during the CF write time unless the battery is about to die.
Shutter lag = almost none, given that you hold down the AE/AF Lock button.
Menus are a bit difficult to operate, but i got used to it quickly.
if you don't take good pictures with this camera, there must be something you are doing wrong.... consult the manual
Problems:
Battery life could be improved, but it's definitely not a big deal. I would also like to see a UV filter mount, but that doesnot look possible.
