I seem to be in the minority, but I just returned a CANON A80 after a 2 week trial.
I found it too small for a man with avarage size hands.
The miniscule viewing screen is so tiny that the icons were lirttle more that dots. Required magnifying glasses to determine what they represented.
The requirement to press the shutter button, "HALF WAY," to focus is an abortion, foisted on the unknowing.
The controls could not be used while using the viewfinder, and were poorly placed, and difficult to understand without the manual in hand.
Of the several DIGITALS I have tried, this one is without question the poorest.
Problems:
Problems with all camera functions.
