I love it! It's small,looks great, easy to handle. Image quality is great. Also the macro performance is exellent. It is so tiny that it fell out of my hands, no problem! Backlight pictures with low sunlight and fill-in flash are very nice. Good build, good monitor. I have it always with me. I don't mind working with a wide-angle lens. But a GOOD zoomlens can have advantages. Portrets with the Ixus I need to be cropped. Digital zoom is for marketing purpases or if you print direct without a computer. The small lens is good, low distortion.
There is some chromatic abberation but not more then e.g the 400. I did'nt messure it but the battery life is above average. I have a black camera, looks good, but the "piano"finish needs to be cleaned from fingerprints all te time.
