This is the second Digital Camera have owned. I am most pleased with the DX3600. I replaced the battery pack with separate rechargeables and put a 64MB card in. This meets my needs.
I really appreciate the close-up feature (I know you have to do bit of fiddling to get this mode) The results I have obtained of flowers, plants and insects have, after cropping, been as good as those from my rather large 35mm and its specialist lenses.
Portrait and landscape photos have given exceptionally good results and reproduce as A4 pictures withiut any loss of quality.
Camera is a good size for handling in all situations.

Problems:

Only problem has been with the mode selector dial on the top of the camera. It is too easy for this to get a bump and move from photo to video mode.
I found the lack of a "physical noise" when the camera actually took the photo a little strange at first but soon got used to this and it does not create an problem now.
