I bought this on New Yrs Eve.. wanted to try it out at the party.. i was very impressed.. pics were excellent and the movies feature was very good..
For the price i paid for 349.99 Canadian plus taxes i think i got an excellent deal for my money.. had everything what i wanted it to do..
the PROs
1. compact
2. light
3. 32megs is enough to start off with pictures wise
4. rotates pictures
5. very easy to hookup camera to tv to view pcitures and movie
6. movie part is super easy to use
7. shutter speed is pretty good.. could be faster, but ok
Problems:
CONS
1. cant use dig. cam as a web cam
2. the viewfinder is small.. at times hard to look thru
3. the lens cap.. too bad it wasnt a shutter that opens and closes with in the camera
4. no carry case comes with it
5. some BACKWEED or BACKWOOD spyware gets attached...
6. when taking pictures of realyl close obcjects, not as clear as i thought it would be
