I just picked-up the S400 after three months of reading and testing in the stores. I own and love a Nikon FM3A & D100 and had some experience with a Canon G2 before this purchase. The bottom line is that I don't know if there is any better CF-enabled pocket-sized digital camera out there. Canon has fantastic software and consistently produces beautiful results from the G2 ... and so far the S400, too (they are very similar cameras technically).
