I love this camera except for the fact that I'm on camera #2; after 30-40 days the
little doors in the back fail to open so that I can use the monitor. I am unsure
how to get to camera #3, as my 30 day limit is up to return the camera to the
store.

As others have stated, the battery door seems a little flimsy. I think it will be fine
if care is taken. Not much of a problem if you seldom need to change
batteries.

Battery consumption is minimal; I have 2 sets of rechargeables & have been
using the camera(s) for about 2 months with NO change of batteries. I'm
impressed!

Camera is easy to use, but I find I get the movement error message a lot (so I am
shaky). Images are wonderfully sharp, the SD card included is pitifully small so I
bought a huge one & it's wonderful for holding large numbers of photos. Photos
are easy to "slide" over to the computer via USB.

I love the 10x zoom & would highly recommend this camera as far as features
for the money (apparently I'm the only one the monitor problem has happened
to?)

Problems:

my only problem, which has occurred in two cameras (so far) is that the "doors"
quit opening so that I can use the monitor on the back on the camera instead of
the viewfinder.
