I returned two A2's because the pictures were just average. I was inticed by professional review that said Minolta" hit a home run" with the A2, but it is more like a single.When the picture is weak who cares about all the options.I wish this camera was all that it was made out to be, but it wasn't for me. I would not buy it at half its price. Maybe I just had bad luck.I read other reviews on this site and they seemed to be satisfied.
okay with this camera.
Problems:
The buttons and dials are close and easy to use ,but it is also easy to accidently change settings. I was changing resolution without knowing it.The buttons and dials need to have a stronger detent. Also,I took many identical pictures and the color and sharpness was different on them.I was never sure of the picture quality and had to constantly review them. This is a pain. I want consistancy.Lot of the time you only get one opportunity for a good picture and your camera must be reliable.
