I am a very happy D70 user. So far it's my most favorite camera. I have own 3
digital cameras so far. I am very happy and thrilled with the picture quality
and sharpness on the computer screen.
I am very pleased with many pictures and they turned out what I have
expected. It gives out honest and true colors right out of the box. I want to
be honest that I can see many pictures are sort of dull and bit dark but they
can be adjusted through Photoshop CS or Nikon Capture.
Wonderful D-SLR camera on the price. It's very impressive for sub-1,500
dollars! I couldn't believe how many features it have. Many of much more
expensive D-SLRs have about the half features less than the D70. I am very
satisfied with the lens it came from the kit. I am really satisfied with the af 18
-70mm zoom af lens. Even more, the older 35-mm Nikon SLR lens from my
friend that I borrowed are interchangeable with the D70. Worth the money,
don't have to worry about buying film rolls. It's absolutely nice to have digital!
Problems:
Pictures turned out too dark after being printed out straight from this camera
without any software adjustments! The pictures are too dark compare to other
digital cameras I have owned after they were printed out with the same
printer.
Wish the body is made from magnesium, I can't complain because the camera
is excellent for the price.
