Have been an avid photographer for many years. Have always used Pentax 35 for both work and pleasure. I was really having a tough time moving to digital and as a result did a lot of research before I made the move. I must say that after two months of owning this camera, I am totally pleased. The zoom gives me the ability to attend meetings and take close ups from the back of the room for publication. No more moving to the front and having to get in front of the speaker. This camera takes damn good pictures.
It has a lot of features to learn but you can make excellent photos right off the bat.
I did buy mine from Circuit City and it was delivered the next business day as promised.
Problems:
I did by a 256 card as the 16 just doesn't cut it. Other than that, no problems. Great value
