Great package of useful functions - first of all: excellent 12x stabilised zoom. It's really great, maybe a litlle too dark at the tele end, but it's nothing to cry about. It's great!

AntiShake is doing a great job here! I was able to capture clean images with 1s shutter speed. With AS on you really can shoot 1/15, 1/10, or even 1/4 handheld (although you need some practice to stop your hands shaking).

Fast focus. Nothing more to say - Z series are known of that feature (of course it's slower in low-light, but still it's impressive).

Menus: KonicaMinolta is really a Nokia in cameras' world. There are extremly easy to use!

Continuous/progressive shooting modes are very good and the last one (progressive) it's very useful. It saves only last pictures while you release trigger.

Buffer is large enough to capture pictures fast. Battery life is ok. Startup time is very fast (1.7s?).

The bottom line is: that's a great camera. Go get one for yourself (but do check it in the store, the Quality Control is not great for this model).

Problems:

There is only one customizable button. I would use two or three (and that's why I didn't rated Ease of use 5.0, but 4.5 :)).

Also there are some issues with noise on high ISO settings. ISO50 for normal operation and ISO100 for low-light with flash are ok.

Overexposure issue not longer exists (as of firmware 1.02) so it's really worth upgrading!
