This is an amazing upgrade from the Canon Digital Rebel. Fast (5fps for 20+ frames) is amazing, enabling me to catch every shot that i want, without worrying about the buffer! This camera is definitely more comfortable and versatile with the BG-E2 grip on it... the extra weight adds stability, as well as the ability to shoot for DAYS without worrying about the battery. 3200 ISO is great, and the noise in the higher ISO's is very managable, even at 3200! i could go on and on, but i think i am getting the point across that this camera is amazing and well worth the $1500 bucks!
I use it with a Canon 70-200mm f/2.8 IS USM lens.... the best combo if you can afford it!!!!!!

Problems:
i rated the features at 4.5 because i am kind of disappointed that there isnt ISO 50 capability! it would be really nice to have sometimes...
Also, after shooting a bunch of night photos tonight, i realized that (at 100 ISO) there is still a noticable amount of nose in darker areas of the image, even when using the noise reduction! wtf?
had one lock up with the old firmware, but i upgraded and i havent had any problems since. that sort of stuff just happens though...
