My first digital camera! I've always been a Nikon SLR film camera user, but I've found that it has been sitting in the closet for eight months since I bought this little digital.
I wanted to wait until I had owned it for a while before making a sound judgment. Well, after all these months, I have found that virtually every aspect of this camera is just what I had always dreamed for. The 3X optical zoom, while not what I would want on an African safari, is perfect for most other uses. The flash modes, close focus modes, etc. are all very easy to access. Picture quality is excellent and blow-ups are great. It's so small that I can easily drop it into a pocket.
Problems:
The only thing I do not like (and this is probably true of most digitals) is the lapse of time between when the "ON" switch is activated, and the time I'm actually able to take the first picture.
