everybody knows the good side, the bad is:
- only horizontal AF sensor (won't focus on horizontal lines, must be vertical)
- focus in low light is worse than in some older cameras (e.g. minolta s414)
- I haven't heard such opinion yet, but in my camera, the lens has big flare problems
- pretty noisy zoom/focus
- for me, lacks an image stabilizer
- when you look through the EVF and press the menu button or delete, it swiches to main LCD, wich blinds your eye a bit :/

If anyone's concerned with IR capability - the sensitivity is moderate (1-2 sec. exposures in bright sun, ISO400), but you gan't get a false colour scheme, even witha a hoya r72 and there's a pretty hot hot-spot at wide angle). not a good choice for IR fans.

Problems:

you have to learn to operate it (especially focus) to get fine results.. but they're really fine eventually :) firmware upgrade helped with focusing I think..

People seem to have a problem with the power button placement, but for me it's just fine and makes start-up&shoot even faster.. I've had the camera for 6 months and turned it off accidentally only once, being drunk ;)
