I had an FZ10 for almost a year, I was totally satisfied with my buy and did not plan to upgrade to the FZ20, however a close friend offers me a good money and I sold it almost two months ago........so after thinking about my next toy during a whole week, I took the plunge and went for the FZ20.......Im totally pleased....this camera simply ROCKS....those few gripes that I had with the FZ10 have disappeared.....I mean, no CA, purple fringing, and vignette....pics are so detailed at full resolution and the noise level is below that I expected (now I agree with Dpreview - on the noise issue)
This camera is really hard to beat....the closer competitor I think is the FZ15...and the rest of brands and models within its category are very very far away.
If you are looking at long zoom cameras, this is the camera for you.
Problems:
A larger sensor would be great and also a better EVF.
