This camera delivers what it promises.
- Extremely well built, weatherproof;
- Very well designed to fit hand;
- Good dynamic range / accurate colour reproduction;
- 100% viewfinder;
- Accurate metering;
- 4/3 system;
- Good and reasonably priced lens range currently available (and more high quality lens -zooms as well as primes- to come in the near future).
Highly recommended.
Problems:
- Three focus points (although many experienced photographers generally when shooting use only one focus point - unless shooting subject demands other technique);
- More suited to landscape photography rather than sports/action due to 3 fps and not so fast AF (e.g. compared to the much more expensive Canon 1D Mk II);
- No pop-up flash;
- Noise (a lot) at ISO 800 and above;
- 5 Mpx (concern only if you regularly enlarge substantially).
