Used this camera for about 2 years and just recently upgraded to the Sony DSC-W100. This A75 takes remarkable pictures for a 3.2 megapixel camera! Incredibly clear images when printed at 4x5, and received numerous compliments on the photo quality.

- incredibly easy to use menus
- the flash is more than enough power, although blows out subjects at close range.
- images are good quality (classic canon, smooth look to them)
- nice LCD screen
- there is a lot of red eye, but that can be edited so easily these days.

I would definitely recommend this camera if the price is right, and for someone who is only interested in 4x5 prints. Any larger prints might show the lack of resolution of the images. I give this camera top marks in each category relative to other 3.2 megapixel cameras.

Problems:

Sometimes alkaline batteries die unexpectedly fast, leaving the lens open and fully extended. I'd definitely carry non-rechargeable batteries as backup, even if it's just to get the lens properly closed in order to put the camera back into it's case.
