I originally bought the 720 SW, but was very unhappy with the indoor image quality, although I loved everything else about the camera. I decided that maybe the problem had to do with the internal, optical zoom mechanism instead of the standard type of zoom (I don't even really know what the difference is). I decided that I would give this a try, especially since Best Buy offered to waive the restocking fee if I wasn't happy. Outdoor pictures were good, but the indoor picture quality was very poor, equivalent to the 720 SW with the grainy quality, especially on the dark colors.
Problems:
Indoor picture quality was very poor. I think that the 720 SW is a better camera, but I won't stand for either of them with the poor picture quality. Both of them have already been returned to the store.
