I have had this camera for years, and can honestly say that the best pictures that I have ever taken have been from this camera.
F1.8 lens, excellent optics, easy to use, buttons for most main functions.
I have tried other cameras, but keep going back to this one.
I've now moved to a Nikon SLR
Problems:
You can't fit a filter to protect the lens as the filter thread is on the camera, not the end of the lens!
I would like info in the viewfinder to save moving the camera from my eye when changing settings.
The jpegs are rather large at top quality, presumably due to the early algorithms in use.
Some of these cameras have the faulty sony CCD element, but mine is ok so far (touch wood, fingers crossed etc.)
