I have my Nikon D50 for about a two months and a half now and I love it. It is a fairly sturdy camera and probably won't break if dropped a couple of times, which my seven year old daughter did a couple of times.
The battery keeps a good charge unless you go camera happy like I tend to do most of the time. However, it took me a while just figuring the menu set-up and its features. But for the most part, it is a great camera, and for the price that I paid it was excellent.
Problems:
So far none.
