I got my FX07 two weeks ago and have taken 200+ pictures, mostly of my three months old baby, indoors, without flash. Yesterday I finally uploaded the pictures to my PC and I was stunned - the noice level was horrible.
Today, I took about 50 various test pictures with my three years old Canon IXUS 500 and the Panasonic. Every single picture was better with the old Canon. Even outdoor pictures had more detail and less noice. No setting helps the Panasonic.
I'm so disappointed. I really wanted the FX07 because it has good set of features and it records 848x480 video @ 30 fps, which was really important for me.
I'm returning the camera tomorrow. I'm going to stick with my old camera for now... or I might try the Canon IXUS 850. Or then I need to wait for some miracle model to appear.
