Having had the predecessor of the F 20, the F10, I was quite happy with it for the month and a half that I had it before I had to send it in for repair when the automatic lens shutter stopped opening and closing properly. Since this was just today, I don't yet know what Fuji will say or do about it.
Since this is the first digital camera I've ever needed to send in for repair, I'm not particularly impressed at this point. Yes, the low light capability is good, and the feature set is good for the low price, but that sort of all becomes irrelevant when it doesn't work as advertised, doesn't it? All I can say is thank God it happened while I was at home and not on a once-in-a-lifetime vacation.

Yes, automatic lens cap doesn't open - or close once opened
