Bought this about 3 weeks ago on a cruise and have snapped about 900 shots since. Extremely happy with the useability and quality of the pictures. My other camera is a Pentax KD100 and the SD750 is comparable picture quality. Battery life is good, usally went all day 200 - 300 shots with 1GB card on highest resolution and picture quality. 3" Screen is great, on camera editing and other features are great. Auto White Balance is very good and accurate under all lighting even artificial and low light conditions. The flash charges very quickly in between pictures. Movie mode is very good quality picture, sound could be better quality, a bit quiet and tinny. Very robustly made, can't believe they can pack so much camera into such a small space, great for dropping into a pocket when travelling.
Problems:
Pictures above ISO400 are very noisy in low light.
Instruction manual is terrible but about 1Hr of playing and all the functions become apparent.
No battery meter.
No shake reduction.
No manual shutter speed selection.
Pictures not very sharp at full digital zoom, just being picky with this one.
