This is my first DSLR. I was looking to upgrade from my Olympus C4000Z. I had researched and tried out cameras from Pentax, Canon and Nikon.
I finally settled on the E-510 which I got for Christmas. I got the 2 lens kit which included the 14-42 and the 40-150. This camera and the lenses are lightweight yet sturdy. The camera just feels right in your hands. The image quality from the kit lenses are great.
I love the built-in image stabilization and the Supersonic Dust Removal to keep dust from building up on the sensor.
This is camera gives you more bang for the buck when compared to what other manufacturers are offering.
