A great step up from the E1, although the change in controls of the camera does take some getting used to. Image stabalising is oustanding, adding between 4 & 5 stops to a shot (particularly important to me, as I can now shoot a 200mm lens (+ 1,4x teleconverter), handheld at ISO 320 and f8 @ 1/125sec (from a moving boat) and get great, sharp pictures.
Autofocusing is quick, accurate and a dream compared to the E1.
Would I buy again after a week of use ? - Of course I would. An excellent piece of kit
Problems:
Some additional pieces of kit will struggle with the RAW format - needed to update Photoshop (easy to do), still waiting for Jobo to get their act into gear
