Moved from 40D to 5DII; a huge improvement. I can now shoot at 1600 and 3200
ISO without hesitation. I love the large viewfinder, and the high-res LCD display.
The 21MP gives you a lot to play with, and to crop to your heart's content if
needed. The 3.9fps is more than enough, even for the kind of amateur sports
photography I do from time to time. The price is not cheap, but it is very
competitive when compared with other DSLRs in the market.
It's an improvement over the 40D in every aspect. One thing I miss is the ability to
use the Canon 10-22, but I purchased a Sigma 15-30 to replace it.
Problems:
Nits: Some features are not obvious to enable/disable; the user interface/buttons could
be improved. It would also be nice to be able to set aperture control in movie mode.
