Just traded my Canon XTi with 24-105L lens because my Brother/sister in Law are photographers and have multi cameras and lens that I can borrow when I need to do my hobbying. So I went out and bought this camera to be my everday one. I have had it for a week now and put it thru the ringer( comparing it to several other P&S my family members own that I have access to) I must say this Camera is far better then I expected it to be especially coming from SLR with a good lens. Yes not as fast and not as good in low light , but over all its performance/value is excellent.
