I make a living of photography, and wanted pockedsized camera. The S90 seemed ideal and didn't 'disappoint at all. I had been using ricohGX100 for some time, which is perfect if you stay at iso100. My S90 gives jpg's that are usable untill iso 800. I didn't even bother trying RAW , and don't think I will in the future .
We've had a lot of snow lately, and I found out that scenemode 'snow' is really good. Didn't think I would ever use a scene mode!
Anyway a perfect pockedsized camera, that delivers as promissed.
Problems:
- macro is worthless
- 28mm setting is excellent; could as well have been a fixed focus, because you loose 2.0 as soon as you zoom
