Excellent tool for the knowledgeable user. Having 24MP requires some caution concerning shooting technique. If enough care is taken, the camera produces excellent pictures even in harsh conditions. Built as a tank, ergonomically well placed buttons and wheels, and very handy in size and weight. A joy to shoot great pictures with.
Problems:
No real problems, just some minor wishes for enhancements: Storing JPG on MemoryStick in parallel to RAW on CF-Card; A mode available with non-system lenses, small on-body flash, on-board GPS chip.
