I bought the Samsung NX10 a few days ago after reading all the previews. I also have the Nikon D90 for serious work.

The Samsung NX10 is a fantastic walk around camera with all the features you would expect of a DSLR! It is light - only 499 grams with body, lens, and battery/card.

The image quality is outstanding up to ISO 800 and very good at ISO 1600. The beauty of this camera is that you can fine tune white balance, and picture controls such as colour, sharpness, and contrast, ISO, F-Stop, Shutter speed, EV compensation, WB all very easily.

The 3.0" screen on the back is of high quality and fast in real time liveview mode. The colours are vibrant and authentic.

The best part of this camera is the price and software included. After playing with 'Samsung Master', it is like Photoshop! There are dozens of picture enhancements and artistic manipulations! There is the RAW converter too, something you don't get from Nikon!

I wanted a walk around camera, but not the compacts such as Canon G11 (tiny sensors). I have found the ideal walk around camera in the Samsung NX10!

I paid only $850 Australian dollars for the 18-55mm OIS lens kit. For this you get:
- a good image stabilized lens
- a fantastic camera body
- brilliant picture editing software

I would recommend this to anyone that wants an APS-C sensor sized walk around camera with well-placed buttons that are easy to reach and use. The image quality is on par with other DSLRs upto and including ISO 1600, but minus the price that DSLRs incur.

Problems:

None thus far!

The camera has so many good quality features that I can't really fault!

For the price I paid for it, the Samsung NX10 is a bargain!
