kodak dx3600 v canon a200

im about to buy my first digital camera and i'm wondering which camera to go for? there's two a have seen for a fair price and they seem to be good cameras but i can't make my mind up to which one to go for? the kodak doesn't have the docking bay with it, but the canon come with a seperate battery charger so im wondering if that is the better deal? or is the kodak alot better than the canon, so the charger doesn't really come into it? please help im really stuck about which camera to go for?

it really depends on what you need. do you prefer an optical zoom, then go for the dx-3600. canon a200 has no optical zoom. if the battery charger is your priority, then go for the canon a200. you'd have to spend more for the dx-3600 docking bay. consider the specs, thats what i say. compare and see where your preferences are. then decide. dont just buy because of only 1 reason. you might regret it. good luck. btw, i have a dx-3600 with the docking station and i am happy and contented with it. they have almost the same specs. its just that i wanted an optical zoom.
