That is an awesome shoot. Great color, composition, mood, lighting

Can you please share a little more about the shot. EXIF data

Was this shot with a G2? I really like how you faded the
foreground while focusing in on the subject. Was this done thru
using the Macro, Zoom technique.

Thanks for sharing. Your work is inspiring. I have a young son
( 1.5 years old). I know from experience that capturing moments
like these are priceless for parents.

i poked my head into your gallery and particularly like "emm" and "6". the composition, colors, expression on emm is terrific...just wish it was a tad sharper but it really looks like a magazine ad. on 6, i noticed you listed the 380EX flash...did you bounce it off a wall? the lighting is perfect.

i took and posted "emm" before i did much post processing + it is only a cropped 3mp image (sony s75). 6,2 and 1 were all shot with a G2 in a stariwell and the flash was bounced around (with a diffuser card); there was strong natural light streaming through the windows behind the camera (it was a bright sunny day with snow on the ground).
