One of the things I wonder about...look at the upper petals of the flower.
The texture doesn't seem to be there. I wonder if it's the limited depth of field, or movement, or what.
I have seen this in other pictures I have taken.
Here's my attempt, don't know the flower. I have only had the P510 for 2 days, but I love the LCD. I will be comparing it with my Canon SX40, both are neat cameras.
Looks like a begonia. It's a lovely shade of yellow this one. I think texture in a picture seems to be strongly related to lighting and angles of light - although this is about all I know. Great picture.
