D800 visits the library!

Fantastic shots!

Where did you find a library that is that clean, neat, and without and people running around?

I was going to ask if you used Silient mode, so you wouldn't disturb anyone else, but I remember that Silient mode is on my D4 and I'm not sure if it is on the D800 also.

+1

I was also going to ask if he got the evil (suspicious) eye from the librarians or library security.

Clifford,

There may have been 60 people at the library. Given that I was usually shooting just one aisle at a time, I just had to wait until it cleared. My D800 does have silent mode.

Thanks,
Glenn

I have read on my iPad about these so-called "libraries" where people went to search for sources of knowledge and information. They serve as interesting museums to visit these days.

I wonder how much longer the physical library will be around. Thiss library does offer an impressive selection of electronic materials as well. I "borrow" books online and read them on my iPad.
