It's a beautiful butterfly and I like the "dark" environment.

I would crop quite a lot off the bottom part of the picture. Maybe leaving just as much space below the butterfly as there above it.
But that's me

Beautiful shot! I tried to get some shots at the butterfly farm on Grand Cayman (it's no longer there) with my P&S on auto at the time. But yours is wonderful!

Thank you for sharing the butterfly and we are looking for more when the Spring come.

There is a guy from Taiwan who is very good in insect photography including butterfly and you can take a look if you want.
