A77 Low Light/Underwater Video Test

I'm starting to shoot 1080p despite the hassles of converting 60fps video because the results are so much better than 1080i IMHO.

Shot this today on full manual. Shutter set at 125, f2.8 - 4.5, iso 200 - 1600.

My only quibble is that even on full manual the camera changes the shutter speed sometimes. Has anyone else had that problem?

thanks. yes i prefocussed on a spot for some of it, and hand focussed the rest. the camera was resting on a wooden ledge and the focus ring is solid enough that you can do it very smoothly.

the camera wont change shutter speed on full manual Your hitting your wheel. Other then that even in auto, hit your exposure lock and you can lock your shutter and aperature just fine.

thanks for the tips. i may well be hitting the wheel. i'll switch front and rear/ss and aperture and then we'll know!
