So, I'm getting pretty psyched over the incoming releases of NEX cams and lenses...

I've decided I will be upgrading from an NEX-5 to a shiny-new NEX-7. The hotshoe is simply the biggest reason for the upgrade.

Now the question is, where/how is the best place to sell my NEX-5 (and possibly the 18-55 lens)? I'm a little cautious about listing it on eBay.. Naturally I would like to sell this for as high as possible.

Any places other than eBay where cameras are bought/sold? I'm an Aussie if that helps, too :)

Thanks

I kid I kid.

Ebay will get you more viewers. Fred Miranda's site is good but I find folks tend to list their goods too high and it just sits. They have a strict policy of not trying to make deals on the pricing. So it is what it is.

Keep in mind, everyone is looking for a bargain unless it's a rare piece and than it's crazy with people contacting you.

The original NEX 5 will not fall into that category, especially now that the N version is becoming more readily available.

There are some other bidding sites, but I haven't found them to be worthwhile. Ebay does charge more than it should, but still the best option to move this camera, in my humble opinion.

Good Luck!

over 500 deals and not a big problem. Just follow the rules.
