I have also added the frame, and a bit darker than the original.

Very nice shots indeed - i have tried to do the same with E3 + 150F2 + EC2 but the darn blighters move to fast to track! Here is one that got tired and rested, well i think she is laying eggs.

Hi.

I used auto focus, narrow point, focusing on the center point. I supposed it would have been even better to use all points, but I am not sure. If the weather is getting better, I will have another try, and try more focus points.

Was the AF single or continuos?

I'm stunned by the sharpness of your pictures. Kjempebra!

Hi.

It was AF single. I don't think it is possible to follow them with AF continous. Need to focus on them while they are not moving..... I think..
