I have a folder full of sky pics from the net and some I take. I used some topaz Spicify.

... first pic is yours, 2nds is my try. Tried to give it some more bite.

Workflow:

• Some Shadows/Highlighs (like HDR)
• Sepia filter
• Little bit of multiply layer
• Transformed (distort) in order to make tractor a bit more prominent
• Added some glow with Beautify filter (plugin from RPM)
• Aadded a little sharpening
