JPEG settings for most neutral color?

What settings does everyone use to achieve neutral color when shooting JPEG? I'm looking for the look like in this post:

that looks like harsh sun, if you want that effect though, I'd turn contrast and saturation down a bit, I'd guess try -1?

I don't shoot jpeg though, so maybe someone else could offer more advice here.

try to search for zackiedawg's photos here as he seems to have gotten the right mix. iirc, he's using vivid -1 0 0, but ymmv.

i am personally using the abovementioned settings and so far so good.
