DPR Forum Updating (and lack of updating)

My DPR News page and many of my Forum pages seem to have not updated since about 6/15/2011 (specifically Sony SLR Talk). Can anyone suggest why that is?

I use a Desktop Shortcut to DPR. I'm not sure why my older shortcut went to a corrupted (?) site. After using Google and searching for DPR> FORUMS, I placed a new shortcut on my desktop; now all is well.
