D3100 ISO problem in Auto Mode examples

If you blow up the picutres and look at the edges etc., you see the problem of the D3100 choosing high ISO levels in Auto mode.
The camera has auto modes all over the place...to which auto mode do you refer?

Also, without the images from the camera (NEF or JPEG) we can't tell anything because we can't see the full EXIF. There are several camera settings that affect flash photography, and we have to see them all.

You don't need to see the exif info to see what I was talking about, blow up the pictures and look at them. Enough said. Auto Mode (the green camera on the mode dial) sucks, P mode (program mode on the mode dial) does not suck. The point is, why sell a camera that uses such an extreme in the mode (auto, green camera) that most entry level buyers would want to use. The camera is capable of excellent pictures (manual modes, only), but their programming makes auto mode (the green camera on the mode dial) practically useless. Just my opinion of course.
