Best settings for HS10

I have a friend who just bought the HS10 on advice from another friend. The camera owner is extremely a camera novice. She's not happy with the results that she has had. I've never had a Fuji so don't feel comfortable changing all her settings. Before suggesting she turn all settings back to default and using the Program setting (or whatever Fuji calls it), I thought I would ask here if there is somewhere that suggests the best settings. Thank you.
